St Elizabeth’s 801 East Single Men’s Shelter consists of 6 story concrete building which will be servicng the homeless for the nations capital. The building includes dorm style living with amenities and common areas. The HVAC Systems include 55 Friedrich VTAC units with associated duct work. 3 DOAS rooftop units with energy wheels. 43 VAVs with electric heat and multiple ductless split systems. The kitchen has one Captive Aire kitchen exhaust fan with a MUA and stainless steel/Grease duct. Other equipment installed are electric heaters, exhaust fans and controls. This building is controlled by a full EMS.
