Park Center

Titan Mechanical has been awarded the Mechanical Design Build contract for the Park Center project located at 395 & Rt. 7 in Alexandria, Virginia. The project will consist of 2 existing buildings renovated from office to multifamily. Over the past 8 months, Titan has been working through the design challenges for this conversion with Whiting Turner’s elite management team. This project will provide 460+ dwellings with amenities and garage to Northern Virginia’s residents. Construction will begin in June. Titan Mechanical’s Senior Project Manager Carla Villena has been at the helm providing value and leadership towards this exciting and difficult product. It has been a pleasure to work with both Lowe and Whiting Turner on this venture.
