Hill East

The Hill East Project in Southeast DC, is a 6 story building with podium deck and wood frame. The building consist of 262 apartments, 2 level garage, amenities and future retail. The HVAC system consists of (3) AAON DOAS with Energy Wheels, 262 Carrier/First Co. 15 SEER hot water coil split systems with AC’s roof mounted for the dwellings. Amenities systems are a blend of Carrier and Daikin heat pump systems. Dwelling unit bathroom and kitchen exhaust ventilation is a mix of horizontal exterior discharge and vertical risers connecting to the ERU. This project is very complex in design and construction.
