Adam’s Morgan Heights is a 6 story building located at 1777 Columbia Road NW. This building offers 80 luxury style apartments featuring spectacular open layouts and stunning 9 foot ceilings. This contemporary urban style living also offers amenities such as, Lounge with coffee bar, rooftop terrace, fire pit, bike storage and garage parking. Titan installed a mix of First Co. Thru Wall Heat Pumps and Heat Pump Split Systems for the dwellings. Ductless Split Systems condition the amenity areas. Project was Podium deck on lower floors with wood frame vertical. Preconstruction coordination using BIM Modeling followed up with enhanced Commissioning support for close out.
