The Hartley is a six story, 323-unit apartment building located in North Washington D.C. The dwelling units have a 16 SEER Carrier INFINITY series heat pump split system that conditions the space. All lower floor and supply duct work is insulated with insulation. Amenity areas are conditioned with ducted 16 SEER Carrier split systems as well as the common areas. There are 3 DOAS rooftop units and outside air risers throughout the building. Additional equipment installed by Titan, exhaust fans, heaters, motorized dampers and controls. CO2/NO2 sensors and control panel located in the garage as well as circulation fans.
