The Bloom is a 97-unit homeless shelter and low-income apartment building in Alexandria VA. Titan Mechanical installed the Daikin outside air units on the roof as well as all 15 SEER Carrier heat pump split systems. DOAS system supplied fresh outside air into the building. Building exhaust includes COOK garage fans, bathroom fans and Captive-Aire exhaust hood, fans, and grease duct for the kitchen. Amenity areas were conditioned with Daikin ductless split systems as well as heat pumps. Titan installed and furnished all air devices and other equipment including CO2 sensors, heaters, and controls for all components.
