Living Learning Residence Hall will house a minimum of 450 beds with education facilities on the lower floors. The project consists of 6 levels of concrete decks with Hambro deck systems. Daikin SkyAir VRV units will supply conditioning to the dorm rooms. AAON DOAS with Energy Wheel supplies recirculated conditioned OA to the building. Vertical shafts exhaust the building which are tied into the ERU’s return. The Learning Center and amenities are conditioned with w Daikin VRV heat Recovery system. The majority of the systems are supplying air via insulated ductwork.
