South Alex is a 400 Unit wood frame apartment building with a precast garage. Dwelling and amenity area consist of Carrier 15 SEER heat pump split systems. OA and exhaust ducted at the exterior of the building. Daikin ductless split systems for back of house and Carrier RTU’s for the elevators. All corridors are conditioned by a 15 SEER heat pump with OA risers. SSA is the mechanical engineer of record.
