Loudoun Station is a 6-story building that holds 317 dwelling units that are broken into two separate buildings. It has a gym with a basketball court and also a dog washing station. Titan Mechanical furnished and installed all ductwork and equipment to condition all space. Loudoun station has multi-zone split system heat pumps located in the in the gym and basement area. Ductless split systems serve the elevator control rooms. Dwelling units are conditioned by Carrier split system heat pump systems. Building E has three AAON packaged rooftop units to supply the corridors and gym and building F has one. Exhaust risers throughout both buildings for garage, trash room, elevator and electric rooms for exhaust with the fan located on the roof. Titan mechanical has also furnished and installed all CO2 sensors and equipment to ensure proper exhaust of the garage.
